TOP QUALITY! Excellent product! These are not plastic junk. They are precision items, solidly made of brushed stainless steel. They are not going to melt or discolor! I don’t understand the prior comment about the gap between stove and counter top not being covered. On my stove, they most definitely DO cover the gap. They fit precisely into the gap, and are held in place by stainless steel spring “fingers”. Easy to slide in and out, and can go into dishwasher without concerns…
