Super easy, clamped right on my camper ladder, tightened the bolt, extended the arms and done! The arms kind of extend like spikes of a wheel and lock into place. Seems very sturdy. Loaded it with wet beach towels and suits with plenty of room and good support. Love that you can put hangers through the arms for more room. Being able to wipe off the arms is also a plus. Great for camping! Used this for the first time this past weekend! It is easy to attach to the ladder and has plenty of space for all our items! I really like that the arms move. It is a little heavy, but I think it’s heavy to support the amount of wet items it can hold so I’m ok with that. It was also bigger than I thought it would be. I was worried I would not like it because of this, but now I am glad I got the larger one. We had no problem hanging swim suits, towels, dish rags and so on for our family of 5. I…
