1.Is it loud?
No not at all, very quiet and holds its own. I love this little machine. 

2.Does the spinner actually DRY the clothes or just spin out the extra soap and residue?
It actually DRY the clothes. 

3.When draining it, can you drain it in your kitchen sink, or does the hose need to be lower then the washer to drain?
The hose would need to be lower than the washer, as it drains via gravity. I usually lift mine up and tilt it around a bit to make sure all the water is out when I’m done. 

4.how Will you know when it’s at it’s weight limit?
I just followed the recommended amounts, plus think about what something weighs when it is wet, like 2 pairs of jeans or some shirts, that is how I decide how much to put in. I have had no problems yet and it really does work great. 

5. Can you do a wash cycle and spin dry cycle at same time or is the drain the same for both? Would it cause the water to prematurely drain from washer?
Yes you can do it at the same time .. I absolutely love this since I live in a small apartment works great
