We were getting the UL error, and lots of banging loads with items that absorbed a lot of water – like towels, sweaters, etc. Sounded like it was falling apart. I’d have to manually re-balance the loads. These replacement suspension spring are of a better quality than the originals. Now after removing the originals, I see why I had to replace them. The manufacturer should have included these springs when the made the washer.I can now load up the washer like new, and no more “UL” code, time-outs, or banging of the washer drum.It’s an easy job, just wear gloves because of lots of sharp metal and screws inside there, and watch out for that nasty original grease in there…
