Base on the price, the product is actually very good. It’s very powerful. The noise level is ok. And I like the design. However, it’s only one month after I installed the range hood and one of the bulb is already broken. I tried to contact the seller and see if I can get a replacement of the bulb and no one answered the phone. I’ve called several times so far, tried the extension to two locations (San Francisco and Los Angeles). But still I’m getting no response. The customer service was really…
