Terrible range, even worse customer service This oven has an extremely loud cooling fan, so loud it fills the entire house with the noise. An irritating inconsistent whistling. Has no self clean option. Burners are not very powerful and do not reduce to a simmer even though the knobs say simmer on them. I spent over 3 months trying to get Thor to fix the issues. Staying optimistic that once service is done both the cooktop and oven will function for years with no hassle and great results. Updated 12/17/2017 – AND DONE! Having issues with the burners possibly the regulator now. AMAZON Customer Service is a HERO on this order and is refunding the purchase.
