Pretty Powerful and Quiet I purchased this make and model based on comparing reviews in the price range +/- 50 USD. I had a Badger 1 which, to its credit, lasted about 8 years. Not sure if it is a keeper. It installed easy. It is very noisy. It starts with a bang. The opening is small.I had a Kenmore that started leaking after over 10 yrs of abuse, I never treated it kindly.
