Fine if your water source is safe enough. We have an RF267AWEP Samsung refrigerator and replace the filter every 6 months. We used to re-order the original Smasung one for DA29-00003G (Samsung DA29-00003G Aqua-Pure Plus Refrigerator Water Filter, 1-Pack), however for some reason the last one that came would not fit in our fridge. COMPLETE REPLACEMENT OF WATER FILTER 1st I’ve ever replaced my water filter on Samsung Refrigerator. Received the package in 2 days using Prime (trial) came home from work took the old one out (follow turn arrows) placed the new one in (follow arrows) like a light bulb. Once that was complete, I ran the dispenser for about 2 1/2 gallons of water to purge (remove air in the line) the system the water was a cloudy grey initially then turned clear with the last gallon.
