Product arrived late due to snow (which is not their fault) but the product was missing pieces (like the actual piece to connect to the washer) to which we had to combine our broken timer with this broken timer to get a functioning timer. The site states that all parts are new but this was not the case, luckily the parts it was missing was the working parts on ours and we were able to swap parts and make it work, but we will probley have issues later on due to this.
