Excellent customer service!
It is very convenient to have a separate beverage fridge. Although I wish it would be cooler it does the job. What is most exceptional is their customer service department. The fridge stopped working and was making this clicking noise. I then emailed Whynter and they replied asap and had clear instructions on how to fix and where to buy replacement starter. The company that sold the replacement part never replied but Whynter customer service replied asap and assisted me in the purchase and…
My refrigerator arrived intact with no damage, but never cooled drinks very well and after less than one year of use, it failed electrically. I specifically wanted a refrigerator and not a “cooler”, and was prepared to pay more for the real thing. For the price, I expected more.
