Barely “Inhales” Anything! I bought this vent hood on Aug 9th and it just got installed 3 weeks ago (as most construction projects go. Considering I live in a small apartment with a tiny kitchen I still bought this “powerful” hood knowing we do a lot of cooking and it would be nice to have. The first time we started cooking and smoke started to rise, I put this on speed 4 (highest). I kid you not…the smoke literally rises and goes AROUND the hood. It makes a lot of noise, but does NOTHING. It’s not even powerful enough…
Got what we paid for? We chose this range hood for our remodel because we liked the simple clean look, and we were not installing any upper cabinets, so we needed the chimney.Pros:Looks awesome.
