This is a commercial grade heavy duty fan The only reason it received 4 stars and not 5 is because it didn’t work when it was first installed and I had to call z-line for another part, but I’m not 100% sure that the electrician installing the fan broke the part or it was like that. [Z-line quickly sent me a new part no questions asked] I saw other reviews saying that the fan is very loud and its noisy, etc. This is not a rinky dink cheap little fan, it’s a heavy duty commercial size fan with 4 different settings.
