It worked very well and my wife had loved it but then on the 9th day, it failed. The power light indicator was still on but we are getting absolute no heat from it. Tried different outlets and also looked for a reset button on the iron and didn’t see any. I am suspecting the safety electronic switch somehow shorted which prevents the iron from heating.I have submitted a message to the Seller to see if they can send out a replacement or any ideas.
